Sprint Open Meeting Wednesday 21st August – confirmed details
Windsor Slough Eton & Hounslow Athletic Club are delighted to be hosting the second of two evening sprint open meetings for juniors and seniors on Wednesday 21st August (with the first having been on on Wednesday 24th July).
The meetings are under UK Athletics rules and will feature electronic timing.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please ensure you are conversant with the following information. WSEH A.C. cannot be held responsible for problems experienced on the day due to a lack of understanding of the process.
On the day the WSEH clubroom will be available for athlete registration & picking up numbers only. Apart from that, the room is for officials only.
ATHLETE REGISTRATION OPENS AT 5.15pm : Athletes must register and collect their numbers no later than 45mins before their first event. Please ensure that you bring along a copy of your entry confirmation email. NO ENTRIES OR EVENT SWAPS ON THE DAY.
FINAL TIMETABLE:
- 6.45pm – 100m
- 7.10pm – 75m
- 7.20pm – 400m
- 7.30pm – 300m
- 7.45pm – 200m
It is the responsibility of athletes to listen for the marksman’s call up to race, 15mins before start time. Start Lists will be put up to view prior to the start of each race.
HEALTH & SAFETY: Officials and competing athletes only, are allowed in the competition area.
Athletes must NOT use electronic equipment e.g. phones, i-pods etc. within the competition areas. Any athlete found doing so will be asked to leave the area and may be liable to disqualification.
REFRESHMENTS: There will be refreshments on sale from the WSEH canteen at very reasonable prices. We are able to accept both cash and electronic payment. Please note that sales will be at the outside serving hatch only. The hatch inside the club room is for registered officials.
PARKING: Parking at TVAC is limited. Please allow enough time to find parking on nearby roads, should that be the case. The car park is a paying system, the cost is £3 if you pay in advance using the following link. https://datchetetonleisure.formstack.com/forms/car_park_event_pass otherwise it’s paying on arrival. WSEH AC have no control over the parking charges they are linked into the centre, if you park without payment then you will receive a parking ticket. For WSEH club members the parking is the same as it is for any club night.
Mini buses or coaches cannot be parked at the centre, they can drop off athletes then go and park.
