WSEH 2024/25 cross country season starts in fine style
English National Cross Country Championships 14th September 2024, Weston Park Staffordshire
Unusually, the Autumn/Winter season started with the English National Cross Country Championships which were cancelled in February 2024 due to the course parking area being flooded. Athletes were therefore eligible to race in their previous years’ cross country age groups, despite many having gone up an age group for the track season that had just finished.
Congratulations to everyone who took part in a successful day out, including the WSEH athletes who contributed to our winning 4 medals:
- Kara Gorman 1st U13 Girls
- U13 Girls 3rd team
- U13 Boys 2nd team
- U17 Women 1st team.
