WSEH AC Winter Indoor Open Meetings
The club is hoping to run 2 indoor open meetings at TVAC on these Sundays in 2022 but we desperately need more volunteers to help organise these events (we have alraedy had to cancel the January event due to lack of volunteers).

- Sunday 6th March 2022
Details are currently being finalised but the following rules will apply:
- Entry numbers will be limited
- Advance online entries only
- Entries will close around a week before each competition or when the entry limit has been reached.

If you could like to volunteer to help, please contact the club.
We need volunteers for these activities:
- Overall event manager
- UKA liason e.g. permits
- Event timetable and logistics (e.g. which events will be run and timetable for the events, scheduling races etc)
- Managing entries (including on-line entry system)
- Catering
- On-the day logistics (e.g. registration, numbers, results, announcers)
- Managing officials – sign-ups, tasks, schedules
