*For juniors who combine racing in the summer season (track) and winter season (road running and cross country), Windsor Slough Eton & Hounslow Athletic Club have these two training groups who develop junior athletes from under 11s through to under 20s/seniors. Both are very good and both fully support athletes in every phase of their athletics journey to help them reach their goals, which for many junior athletes include national level competitions such as the English Schools championships. The only difference between the groups are their training locations and training times. All athletes will get a basic grounding of a club based winter season. We always suggest having taster sessions with both groups, to help decide which group to join.
